You would never know how large and cool this place is from the outside. There are not many hip places in the Ranch, but this is one of them. Kelly and Amy (the one right behind the front desk) have done my hair, and they have both done my hair better than anyone else has ever done. Massages are great. Hair dryers for processing are cosmic rings that circle around your head, making your whole body warm and comfy. The decor is gold and dark hot pink with animal prints. It's a busy place with lots of stylists. When you walk in, you are greated by the front desk. You'll be offered free drinks, including wine, great lemonade, coffee with biscotti, or whatever you would like. There aren't things to keep kids busy while they are waiting for you, but they'll over snacks to keep their tummies happy. Great selection of hair products - try the Morocan oil, and there isn't pressure to buy extra stuff. Looking for a new place to get a fantastic hair cut and style? Try this place out...You will never go anywhere else.
I have gone to cashmere for 2 years now. I love Amy Matz!! She is the best hair dresser i have had in 10 years... seriously, she is truly talented. If you are a first time client go to Amy first because i wouldn't trust all of the stylists that worked there. Also, has anyone ever seen the Manager? Stan i think is his name... He really gives me the creeps.
The front desk used to be great but now they have all new people... I find the ladies kinda rude but hey, if thats the price i have to pay to have great hair, i'll take it.
I just had my hair colored, for the first time in my life, with Jennifer at the University and Dry Creek Cashmere location. This is a "branch" location of the Cashmere in Highlands Ranch and has the same owner. Jennifer, my stylist, and Doreen, the salon manager, were absolutely wonderful! They stayed after hours to accomodate me, were incredibly welcoming, and made my experience relaxing and fun. Jennifer is so talented...yet humble about her skill. She obviously enjoys using her gifts to make others feel good about themselves! I highly recommend this stylist and specific location of Cashmere Salon (University and Dry Creek - phone: 303-707-0222.)Tell Doreen and Jennifer that Crista says hello!

yess.. i have seen that guy. he walks around and sweeps. that's called micromanaging. he should just stay home. haha. and he hit my foot with a broom while i was getting my hair cut, for a hundred bucks he's pretty bad with customer service. i use Keeley Reed. she's good. im going to her today actually.
We call ourselves the triple trio... My best girlfriends and I have been clients to Cashmere salon and spa for the past 5yrs. Through out the years, we have found that there are many talented stylists working there. If you are looking for a new stylist Cashmere is the place to go! As for the man with the sweeping habbits, personally I think he is a great help to the stylists. I know everytime I have been in, he makes it a point to welcome you in and make you feel important. If you ask me, Stan being the owner of the salon is doing a damn good job of running a very sucessful business!
Reguarding Cashmere's front desk, they are not new and seem to be doing quite a good job. For them being as busy as they are everything seems to run efficiantly. I have always thought of the front staff to be very friendly!
