This is a terrible place to purchase a vehicle. I spent 5 hours working with them to try and buy a used SUV. I had told them what my limit was. Wehn 7pm rolled around I had to leave to pick my sister up from work, which i had told them would happen at 3pm. I hurried out to my car to discover they had removed my ignition key from my key ring. The salesman ran out with yet another bogus offer. I told him i needed my key back. He returned to the showroom and the manage came out. I told him that I needed my key to which he replied sarcastically "i have your key, we're not going to keep it". He returned about 5 minutes later with my key. I have never been held hostage by a dealership. Do not even walk onto their lot, you may not escape!
Deceitful Salesman, Sales managers: I was looking for a flex fuel truck at Burt Chevrolet, I bought what the salesman said was a flex fuel vehicle. Four months later I filled up with e85, ethanol, and the truck started to have problems. I took it in to Burt Chevrolet Service and they said it wasn't a flex fuel vehicle. I find out the salesman no longer works there so I spoke to Ken, the sales manager. I stated that I didn't feel I was liable for the repair bill since I purchased it under the assurance of the salesman telling me it was a flex fuel vehicle, Ken replied that it was my problem and that he would not work with me on even covering a fraction of the bill, but indicated if I was in the market for a flex fuel vehicle, to be sure to call him.
