    I've taken my 4Runner and a Camry to Go Toyota and the predecessor of this dealership for years. Mostly routine maintenance. Repairs are generally performed on time. Diagnosis of problems has been more accurate than most other repair shops. I am a satisfied customer of their Go service department.

    I bought a new Toyota Camry from saleman Larry Elder.
    I brought it back a few days later because there
    was still glue on the paint from the protective
    film they use on the car during transport. They
    used a solvent to clean the glue from the paint.
    When I dropped the car off to service department,
    it had 196 miles on it. When I picked it up
    a few days later it had 220 miles on it.
    I questiond Larry Elder why my car was driven
    while it was in Toyota's possession? He became
    very indignant with me, talked down to me, made
    me feel like I had no right to even suggest such a thing. So much for appreciation for spending over
    $20,000 at their dealership. He got my money, he
    got his commission. Now I was just a nuasance. I will never forget the way
    I was treated by him, I tell everyone who
    is thinking of buying a car how I was treated by
    this dealer.

    Almost two years ago, I met Pawel while searching for a 4 Runner. I have purchased at least 15 cars over the years and I have never met a better sales person than Pawel. He was straight forward and really worked with me to get me the best deal he could. I walked away happy - which says a lot since I am extremely difficult at times. I am now beginning to shop for another vehicle - and without a doubt, I will find Pawel to help me with my search once again.
