    Fantastic Hotel: This Hotel is the best thing about Denver. I would go back there just to stay at this hotel. It's wonderful! The people that work there are very nice,too. The spa is definitely worth the visit, although not everyone that works there is above average. They accused my sister of blowing off a service that she hadn't even scheduled. Other than one or two bad eggs in the spa, the rest of the Hotel is fantastic.

    Hot and loud: Room was unbearably hot for three nights. No one seemed to be able to turn the heat down. Fire alarm sounded at 2:30 am and went on for half an hour. It again sounded the next evening during dinner, also for about half an hour...not good for digestion. Hotel and restaurant employees didn't seem to care, as if it's a customary occurrence.

    Bell men and check in people very helpful. Food at restaurants mediocre and over priced...service poor.

    I won't be going back...ever.

    Fine European Hotel in Colorado: There is nothing to not like about this fantastic hotel where the knowledgeable staff attend to your every need unobtrusively.

    The High Tea is better than any ever experienced in England and we had plenty of tea in out 10 years living in the UK.

    If there is a better hotel, I do not know where it might be.
