after calling the local # 5 times & using every option there is I finally got a hold of the package dept & he was kind enough to look it up. Option 1 - purchasing never answers, Option 2 - package shipping ANSWERED, Option 3 - Baggage rang then said the mailbox was full-Exting the system then hangs up on you , Option 5 (no option 4) - Customer Service same as Option 3
Today, for the second time in a row, I arrived at the Greyhound station with a ticket I purchased ahead of time only to be told that there were no seats left on the bus. They said that they do not operate on a reservation system and that seats are first come, first served. They refused to refund my ticket, and they said that I could reschedule the ticket for $15 anytime within a year. I scheduled my ticket correctly the first time, they did not, yet they want me to pay to reschedule a ticket they didn't even schedule in the first place! Last time there were no seats left, they simply shut the door in my face and the bus drove off with no explanation. This is the 21st century. How much money do they steal from their customers each year selling bogus tickets?
