About:The name Hapa is derived from the Hawaiian term that describes a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Like our name, our food reflects this dynamic combination. The menu is based on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals which are then amplified, muted, or mixed with influences from many different styles of cooking until they are something completely new: they're Hapa.     As disappointing the second time as the first. We are done with Happa. The food is completely average. The crab stuffed scallop appetizer was dry inside and parts of the rainbow roll had skin still on the fish. The skin was right on top and obvious so I'm not sure how it got past the chef and our server. Service was slow. Several times I was about to ask our server a question when he was sprinting off. We wont be back.

    Best Sushi Happy Hour!!!: Happa is great! everything is fresh & made to perfection! The happy hour specials can't be beat!

    A must try: The atmosphere is elegant with style and their background music is hand-crafted. Just ask your server about the music. Their specialty sushi rolls are a must try but the rest of their menu is filled with all that one looks for in a sushi bar.
