User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUnfriendly: We stopped at the Tomahawk Truck stops restaurant Bisquits on April 11 around 8pm. We are a Soldier home from Iraq and an Army Mom. We were treated with stares and the waitress ignored us. We just wanted coffee and pie. I travel I-70 often going between Denver and Fort Riley Ks. I won't be stopping there for gas or food, and I will tell everyone I know not to stop there. I trully do not know why they treated us like that. It was wierd.

Don't take it personal,Truck driver get bad service alot of the time so in turn a lot of them treat the server bad,and the rest of use pay,and for some reason folk in that part of the county just are not that nice! even the truck driver up there get a little wierd sometimes,besides never take your wife to a Tomahawk, a polit,some of the loves& T/A truck stops they are just nasty and I am sorry to say it but so are some of the truck driver! my husband & myself driver a truck, so plaese beleave me when I say alot of people think truckdriver stop there it most be good,that is not true! we stop there because that is our routed fuel stop,we can get our trucks in there its ok for us to park there, there is food & restrooms,showers.. not because it is good,clean or the sevice was friendly, and some times there is alot of truck in a place because it is close to the place we are delivering to and that is the only place we have to park at! "Army mom's & wifes deserver better then a truckstop! (: and thanks for servicing our county:)
I would like to add that the restraunt and the whole truck stop has changed. The new GM (I think he has been there about 2 yrs now) he has done a fantastic job. The restraunt has gotten a makeover new restrooms,new paint new staff. And he cracks down on the staff and periotically sends secret shoppers in to tell him the progress of the restraunt,customer service and so on. You should recheck it out I think you would be pleasingly suprized.
