Oh man, that guy after me has got it all wrong.
Louis Wolfe isn't angry. He is cool. Totally cool. He has been running that barbecue joint for well over twenty years now by himself. Yeah, if it's crowded it is going to take a while for the food to get to you. But that is just because one man is taking your order, preparing your food and doing everything else.
Now, let's talk about the food. It's awesome. All of the offerings kick some serious butt. I would recommend the chopped beef brisket (simmered in sauce). He's got his prices worked out so a barbeque sandwich, a big pile of chips, a pickle spear and a drink cost exactly $6.00--tax included. The bread is always fresh and the meat is always smoked to perfection. Wolfe is a real hero among men and Wolfe's barbeque is the type of place you get addicted to.
Angry Owner: Took 40 minutes to get me my order. Angry owner when I ordered my food. The sauce wasn't great. Not a great bbq place.
