Disappointing!! I had known Corner Bakery since when I spent my summer 2008 in Philadelphia downtown, and their Chicken Pamadori panini was pretty good. But I just tried today their franchise on 16th street Denver, CO downtown, and the whole lunch was a total disappointment. The panini was half-size of that I got last summer in Philly. The chicken was very thinly sliced and there was not much else other than small slice of tomatoes and 3 leaves of spinach. I also ordered the brownies. Its look and taste were like they baked it 3 days ago (cold, aged). Even its paper wrap already dissolved into the brownies. While the interior cafe is outstanding (from the previous restaurant that was closed), the whole lunch (about 10 bucks total) was worse than Burger King. I will not come back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
this place is AWESOME!! The customer service is off the charts and the food is great, and quick. We went in and had a panini sandwiches. There was a big line, but we got through it in no time and the food came out in 4 minutes. It was hot, fresh and just plain good. They also have great baked goods. I give it 5 stars for a quick serve restaurant
Good Brownies: This place is good, when you want a good brownie, cookie or muffin type snack. They do have some really nice baked goods. Their other food is usually pretty good, I've a panini there several times, but I think they are a bit expensive for their sandwiches, salads & soups. But service is usually pretty quick so if you don't have a lot of time but want some decent food around the Pavilions this place is a good choice. Also when the weather is nice they have seats outside and it can be a good people watching place.
