If you are looking for a fantastic dining experience, go to the Capital Grille! The staff is superior, the food is mouthwatering (especially the Filet Oscar - a must try!), the ambiance is chic yet warm and inviting. The main dining area is beautiful, quiet, and romantic yet the front of the restaurant boasts a fun and lively bar and cocktail lounge. Its the best of both worlds in one fabulous setting. Bathrooms are elegant, dining is casual or dressy - whatever you prefer. The staff is friendly, well versed on all of the dishes, and can pair a wine with any meal like no other! The food can't be beat here. I'm told too that the Colorado Avalanche players frequent this restaurant! This place is pricey though, so make it a special occasion when you dine here.

My beau took me a few years ago for my birthday and I still remember it like yesterday. Dimly lit, clean cut waiters, crisp table clothes, leather booths, and snazzy jazz tunes dance in the air to set the ambiance for the Capital Grille. On arrival they wished me a happy birthday, and escorted us to a corner booth in the back of the dining area away from the hustle and bustle of the other diners. The table was decorated with red rose petals and a birthday card awaited for me signed by every worker there that day.

Though I was having TMJ issues, I could not pass up a good steak. the steak was better than good, it was magnificent (look at my reviews I rarely give anything this sort of prop). Prepared perfectly to medium rare, flavorful, juicy, and a pleasure with every bite. The wine the beau selected with our dinner accompanied the flavor of the meat well, and the last glass sipped with dessert was splendid. Dessert, this deserved an "O". Chocolate Hazelnut Cake. Shared between the two of us I still had 1/2 slice to bring home.

A couple of coffee was enjoyed after wards, and not once were we rushed out of our seats, and rarely disturbed during our visit.

Great service.: Dined there with a couple of friends recently. The ambience is a little stiff, but our server was friendly and knowledgable.
