As a third generation to this dealership. I went off the advice of my grandpa and other relatives.It was somebody we thought we could trust. So I went in and bought a truck. I left the dealership with my monthly payment being 374 a month. A week later they called me back in to tell me that they needed to raise my payment. I was gonna give the truck back and then the used car manager told me that he would reset the computer on my truck and then it would help my gas mileage. Which it never happened cuz the service department had no idea what I was talking about when I went in the following monday. Then I found the guy and asked him. He said he would be right with me and after an hour of waiting I just left because all of the mechanics I spoke with had never heard of that before. Go figure just another lie from them. Now after having the truck for not even 3 weeks my brakes are going out. I took my truck back out to them today to have them checked and all they have given me is greif. I am still technically under both the dealership warranty and the factory warranty and they want to charge me an arm and a leg for their mistake. My truck was supposed to go under a 125 point inspection and they are saying that the brakes were at 6/32 which is 50% wear. If that was true there is no way they need to be replaced again already... Yet another lie. I would not advise anyone to go to this dealership for any vehicle for fear of what they might lie to you about or sell you. Now I am stuck with a truck I don't even want anymore.
NOT RECOMMENED!!!!! Lied to over the phone and at the store. Rude customer service. Caught talking bad behind my back. Had to ask for help when entering store. Very slow service. They try to trick you into signing "unimportant papers" to lock you into a contract. Yikesâ¦
Walked out of store after arguing with sales associate and manager!! Very disappointed!! Will NEVER return to GO CHEVROLET!!!!!!
A Bad Automotive Repair Center: They charged us for insurance we did not ask for saying that we would be covered for those in the same price, but when I read the contract they had charged us extra for both of those services and they cover very little, they completed work they where not authorized to complete and then charged us for a deductable on it. They charged us to rotate our tires, but when we got it home there were no smudge marks on the rims or bolts, they never rotated the tires and did not correct the error, trying to say that we was making it up, like I really would try and get another tire rotation free. NOT! They put in a new part for a third door handle and then it was defective and broke within 3 weeks, (we did not even open it twice to put something in the back, and they wasnt sure they could cover the broken part and labor. These people are shisters, I would NOT advise buying a car from them!!!
