   I have been going here for over a year to find the "dog for me". Finally found him yesterday but I was on a list to veiw him. After an hour an a half, I noticed a family that had not been there as long as I, going to veiw the animal I had my heart set on. When it was my turn to visit with the counselor, the puppy had JUST been adopted by the people that came in AFTER me. Needless to say, I was heartbroken and think that the DFL needs to stick to "who is next on the list" this was completely unfair and I will probably not go back. In addition, the older ladies at the front desk were NOT helpful and completely callous to my situation.
