    Horrible office staff. Maintenence staff is also pretty awful. I loved it here when Riverside managed the property. The propery is full of weeds, we usually have flowers around. Office staff does not respond to complaints from tenants. Arissa is the worst ever, sorry but it is true. When my lease is up Im out of here.

    These guys are a joke. The property manager Arrissa has a severe attitude problem. Don't move here, you'll be sorry !!

    The office staff seems to be pretty lazy and somewhat rude.
    The lighting is poor in the dark and can be scary if you are a single women.
    Your car will most likely be damage in the parking lot, mine has on 4 different occasions.
    THe apartments are somewhat nice unless you look close. It takes forever to get anything fixed.
    It looks nice on the out side but alot of trashy people live here and the cops are here weekly.
    If the office staff had better customer service skills, and a willingness to fix a problem. I'm sure the other issues would not be so bad.
