I took a family heirloom leather jacket to this business to ask if they could shorten the sleeves. The owner himself was there and said that he would have to send it off to his seamstress to see as he was unsure. I clearly conveyed that would be great, but asked that no alterations be made without my permission and asked multiple times to make that this was just a free estimate. He said that yes, just an estimate for now was fine. I also dropped off some pants to be hemmed. When I returned, they had altered the jacket and demanded payment! A stoned-out-of-his gourd younger clerk was there this time, and I was able to convince him that I was leaving without paying for the jacket, taking it home for me, but would gladly pay for the pants if they redid the hem (it was about an inch and a half off). He agreed that would be fine. When I returned, they refused to give me back my pants unless I paid for the jacket!

Never give these people your business!

Great Service - Friendly and Courteous: We have been bringing our laundry here for many years. The current proprieters are always very friendly and courteous. After only a couple of visits, they knew my name and would start the tickets as I walk up with my arms full. The clothes are always cleaned to my specifications and are ready when they say they can be. They are also very responsive to when I need a rush job. Thanks so much.
