User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI just returned from picking up my car at the Boulder Midas. I left it there with instructions to change the oil and rotate the tires. When I picked it up, I specifically asked if they had rotated the tires. I was told they had. When I went out to the car and checked, I found that they had not been. When I went back in I was told that they DID rotate them, when I asked why the same tires were in the same places they went back to ask the technicians if they had rotated...they had not been. Be careful here, they apparently have no problems taking advantage of a woman and lying!

I got a 400.00 brake job from you, two weeks later, during the night, on Eisenhower pass, they failed on me ! Thanks a lot!! I had my serentine belt replaced by you, about a month ago, it sheared off yesterday, and I missed a
family get together, in Pueblo. Rest assured, you'll never rip off another dollar
from me. This has been pathetic and inexcusable.

You are SO right! I went in for an oil change. When the vehicle was on the lift to do that change, they asked me to come and check out a tire that was worn on the inside. They asked if I wanted to have an alignment check. I said yes. Well, when the vehicle was 'done', they gave me my total due which included an alignment check AND an alignment. I actually paid the amount for the work but was not happy. A short time later, I received a call from the Boulder MIDAS. They said "We charged you for an alignment, but an alignment was not done so we will take that charge off". Wow, when they charged me to do an alignment check, they never said there would be a charge. Then they went ahead and "did" the alignment but never asked me if it was ok to do. I have one more of the $59.99 oil changes. So they get you in there on the 'cheap' oil change and then kick you in the ass with other charges. I will get my oil change due and that is the END of Boulder MIDAS for me!!!!!!!
