Why I won't go back: This review is for the Longmont store ONLY.

This used to be one of my fav coffee shops in Longmont but I lost all respect for it the last few weeks. Let me describe my Saturday mornings. One Saturday morning the shop was closed. Went back the next Saturday and they were 45 minutes late to open. Had to wait for them to make coffee. When we ordered our food it took way too long and the girl working forgot my order and I had to remind her. She said, “oh yeah.” Second the music was horrific. On Saturday mornings I prefer light music while I enjoy my coffee and bagel. What we got was 80’s pop. Really loud 80’s pop. We asked the girl behind the counter if she could change it or turn it down. She said she couldn’t change it because it was a music box. Nice. She turned it down but then turned it back up again.
I also asked for a green tea smoothie that was advertised. She said I might not want that because it's not really a smoothie and that it's more like iced tea. She didn't know what to add to it to make it like a smoothie. Don't offer it then!
My boyfriend and I were so disgusted by the service and the music we didn’t finish our food and just left. This used to be a wonderful coffee shop to go to. Never again. The only girl who was VERY nice was Tia. If you go there ask for Tia.
