I brought there our old metal cabinet, full of documents, since we could not open that cabinet. Steve (?) looked at it inside our car, lubricated the lock and with some magic grip and a PROPER key opened that box and we can use it again. Today we went to Ci...See MoreWe called City Lock twice to get a quote to re-key an auto lock cylinder. Both times we were quoted $65. Today we went to City Lock and brought the cylinder with us for re-keying. When we were rung up we were told it would be $85. When we challenged Jeff about the two quotes of $65 he denied ever saying it and said his price was $85 period. This was for less than 1 hours work. This guy is pretty proud of what he does at $85 an hour. Call Kaiser Lock and Key instead!
