| About: | A combination of cuisines from Tibet, Nepal and India are served at this wonderful place in Boulder. Earlier a Victorian, the rooms have been converted into dining areas. It houses a bar that serves various imported beers and spicy hot chai. The dishes are unpretentious and authentically Asian. Majority of the dishes offered have various meat choices. Worth a mention are Tibetan momos and the rich lamb vindaloo, which is so soft, it literally melts in the mouth! Amongst the vegeterian options is the creamy green saag garnished with finely chopped spinach. To down this delectable fare is the rich lashi drink, a creamy mix of youghurt with fruits. |

Amazing food! You can eat your fill and still feel great. Very well priced as well. Dont go if you are in a rush, they are on their own (Tibetan?) time schedule. Although you will wait for service food is always amazing and warm. Our favorite restaurant in all of Metro Denver!
After searching for about 45 minutes for Indian food, we finally found this restaurant which was supposed to offer great food! It was the worst experience we could ever have. Never ask them to make anything spicy, because they will never add the equal amount of salt that goes with the spice. Next, not at all a good place for Tibetan food. An average restaurant for Indian food. If you are on a sight seeing visit to Boulder, do some good research and hunt for a better place.
We loved this restaurant! The home-like atmosphere gave it a welcoming presence as did the overwhelming kindness of the staff. The food was wonderful! We recommend that curry and the vegetable samosa. Also, the Nepali Dall was tremendous. If you're in Boulder, check out this restaurant.
