Happa Sushi Grill/Sake Bar Business Overview

Edit Info

Company Information: "Hapa," Hawaiian slang for the blending of Asian and American, is also the name of Boulder's trendy spot for sushi. The eclectic dining room has a sparseness that is distinctly urban. The bar brings in a DJ on the weekend and things get funky with jazz. Sushi is what the crowds come for, but you can also order a number of meat and seafood items, including a sweet Honey-Miso Salmon ($14) and the popular Hawaii Five-O ($19), French pork chops in a char-siu demi glaze.

This is the first place I ever tried sushi and now I just can’t stop. It was a great starting point to a great life with sushi. It’s a local favorite and I would need my fix at least once a week. It’s a great place to grab a bit with friends and to try new pieces. It’s fresh and the staff if great. I would also try the fruity sake if they still have it. Worth every penny!
