About:	The Boulder Cork Restaurant has provided quality food and excellent service since 1969. The restaurant is now one of Colorado's most renowned dining experiences. The casual, yet attentive atmosphere is the perfect place to spend a special evening, be it to relax with friends or entertain business associates. Our banquet facilities can accommodate large groups with the quiet proficiency and superior quality that has become the hallmark of The Boulder Cork. The food is an impressive display of creativity and variety, masterminded by the chef, Jim Smailer. Wine and Dine on the best: My favorite restaurant in the fall or winter. The Cork's cozy fireplaces and warm southwestern style décor makes this place perfect on the way back from the ski slops. The selection of juicy stakes and seafood is wonderful. The specials are always interesting and a delight to the senses. Dress up or arrive in casual attire and one always feels at home. The wine list is impressive and the staff can help you pick the perfect bottle to go with that Filet Oscar or Sea scallops.
