    We have never bought lights from them, but I have been there twice for service and it was excellent.

    First, I need a landscape light socket because the ones that came with my lights are crap. They had them (both Home Depot and Lowes did not), and also exchanged them when I bought the wrong ones. Exactly what I wanted.

    I brought a ceiling fan in (that I did not buy there) and they helped we get the lamp cover off, no charge. Now you might say that getting a light cover off a ceiling fan, no problem. On this particular model most people break the cover, probably 1/2 the time. Of course I had to bring the housing in, but since I installed it that was no problem and cheaper than paying for a service call.

    So for me, it is nice to have a good resource of both parts and advice in the Boulder area.

    Rhonda is the best- out of all the lighting stores in Boulder, I shop here every time. They really know their stuff, and go the extra mile to help!

    I'm sorry that other person posted a bad review, I think that's the exception, and not the rule over there!
