I just spoke with a sales clerk who was rude and offered the worst service. I believed I had ordered a replacement light early this week. The sales person took my name and number and said it would be in within a couple of days. When I did not hear back, I called to inquire the status. The woman answering the phone told the light had not been ordered and would not be ordered until I paid for it. She treated me like it was my fault for not knowing their ordering process when their clerk did not give an invoice but told me he would call me when the light was in. She told me she would transfer me to the clerks voicemail and I asked her not to send me to voicemail but to take my order. She responded that she was transferring me to his voicemail and I said "please don't do that" and she did it anyway.
The merchandise in this store is very expensive and I would think they could hire quality sales people who treat their customers with dignity and respect. In this economy, I cannot imagine they will do well with employees like the woman I spoke to this morning.
