   Boulder store manager has a complete lack of integrity and arrogant customer service skills.
   
   I purchased a high end Panasonic digital camera... great service selling me... I hardly used camera and camera now not working.
   
   The same failure is documented all over the internet. Failure occurred just after 1 year warranty. The repair department offered to split high repair cost to send to Panasonic with me.
   
   I spoke with manager to see if he could ask Panasonic to repair or replace camera since it really should be recalled. Instead, next day, he told repair department not to split repair cost with me! He was rude and arrogant when I talked to him about honoring what his store had offered to me. This store advertises good customer service... this is a misnomer at the management level.
   
   I highly suggested taking your business else where!

   I was lied to about the part that was supposed to get replaced for free, for there is a factory recall. They tried to charge me $150 for. What else can I say, besides the fact that their prices are OVER-priced.
