User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI read the other review and have to agree. I had a terrible experience at this "locally owned" dealership. If you are willing to wait 30 minutes for anything that resembles customer service and willing to pay whatever they are asking and not question it, then this is your dealership. They must sell some cars, but it must not be very many cars because the minute they knew they couldn't rip me off, they practically shoved me out the door. Terrible dealership for experienced car buyers. Great dealership for gullible first time buyers.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAs bad as it gets, really!: I bought a car from Planet Honda and ended up spending almost 6 months getting the mess sorted out. I have never been treated more poorly, they are rude and incompetent. They sold me a car with broken struts and in the process of fixing them they ruined my tint, destroyed my interior doors and broke my windshield. They also went a head and poured some kind of glue all over my trunk and told me that it was no big deal. The also put my loan with the wrong bank and I had to spend months tracking it down because no one knew where it was. They are absolutely why car dealers have a bad reputation. Steer clear if you are wise!
