User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy daughter took 12 silk panels to this cleaner worth approx. $500. The label said they were to be dry cleaned only. Natural Cleaners destoryed the drapes and did not offer to pay for them and when my daughter took the torn and tattered draperys out of the bag so that we could attempt to salvage some of them, there were two panels missing. She has been to the cleaners numerous times, but the manager hides in the back and refuses to see her. I am glad they are members of the BBB because I plan to wage a huge complaint against them. There is a new cleaners in Riverside Center. I will tell everyone I know to use them and stay as far away from Natural Cleaners as humanly possible.
