Bought skis and traded mine in, they have told me they have been sold but after 8 months they haven't sent money. On my last phone call they accused me of being agressive and used that as an excuse to put the phone down on me. I now realise that I will never get my money unless I go to the store which will be difficult as I live in the United Kingdom. I have decided to donate my money to a local charity, I will send them my account details and authority to collect my money which can be put to good use and not left to line the pocket of an unscrupulous dealer.

They initially acted like they were doing me a favor my taking in my used ski boots. They sold in the first month. Could not give me a check before i left town-1st excuse-Someone else generates check. In Feb wrote letter to address on receipt-returned- no such address. Called in March and April-both times agreed to send a check out. Still have not received. No surprise BBB gave them an "F". They must be writing their own good reviews.

No problems. I sold a $200 pair of Technica Ski boots this season (2009). They take a good commission, but its easier than E-Bay! The check printer was broken when I went to get my $, but they printed one for me a couple days later. No problem.
