i get there and its not ready, throttle cable is broken. "he's working on it now"..........the mechanic was out looking for a part!!!!!!!!
NO APOLOGY!!!!!!! THE OWNER COULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME A CALL TO DELAY PICK-UP!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS BUSINESS!! ALSO A POST WILL BE MADE TO PINECAM.
As a local business owner I personally take pride in: a) the quality of my products and b) the service I provide when customers expectations are not met. If I held 285 Rent-A-Tool to this standard they would fail miserably. Their equipment is the worst I've ever seen and the staff can't even calculate actual rental times (pathetic). Being local, I did however give them the "3 strikes" rule and after the 3rd overpriced piece of junk I rented for two days (when the job should have taken one) and they tried to charge me for three I think Home Depot or RSC will gain *all* of my future business!
I won't go back: They're charging me for a wear & tear item on a truck I rented from them, despite all the business I've been giving them lately. I've also had them comment to me about other customers failing to fill the gas and hitting them with exorbitant fees. To me, they seem short-sighting, grabbing every nickel they can without regard to long term customer satisfaction.
