Wow, We felt like kings!: Truly a 5 Star resort! The condos were awesome and had ski-in, ski-out access to Breckenridge Slopes. The two huge outdoor hot tubs were super fantastic after a day on the slopes! The view from the condo was priceless! We took the 90 min. no pressure timeshare presentation and were so impressed that we purchased. We've been to numerous timeshares over the years and this one far outshined the others! It's a great place to stay even if you just rent for the week.

Good, but not great!: The lodge and ammenities are nice, but remember this is a timeshare. If you rent, you are renting from someone who may or may not be paying their maintenance fees! NO ONE changed our towels or bedlines in a week and no one even came in to empty the trash or sweep. We had no housekeeping services for a week and had to ask 3 seperate times just to get towels exchanged one time!

The ski-in ski-out part isn't as convenient as you think it is. To get to many of the lifts, you still have to walk packing skis and all for a block or be willing to push a LOT. The rooms were OK, and if you don't care to use the same linens and towels for a week and have to take out your own trash.... it might be the place for you. For the money, I think we could have found something better. Next time, I think we will try somewhere else.

Looking forward to our next visit.: The place was great. Staff was very helpful, especially Laci. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Garage was very convenient. Worth every penny. Hot tubs were awesome.
