User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThe restaurant has sort of an unfinished, industrial look. Not the trendy Starbucks thing, just a big space with nothing much going on. The food was ok. The service was pretty good and the prices were quite high. If you're going to spend this much for dinner; take the short drive to Denver and get your monies worth.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNice Little Restaurant in the Mountains: A little high priced for what you get, but these people are friendly and the menu offers lo-carb options not always found in an Italian eatery.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMauros restaurant: High priced, especially for Conifer and cities near by. Food is good, ambiance, left to be desired. Haved lived in Conifer for 5 years, and been to Mauros quite a few times (not many restaurants in Conifer then) and found the prices very high!! I don't think I'll be back..............FYI, steaks are $30.00, and I'm sure anyone has had a better steak and sides anywhere.

I second the ambiance comment. The owner is rude.
