My sister in law ordered flowers for me thru 1800flowers. Palmer flowers was the local florist who got the order. I got the flowers the day after I got home from delivering my newborn son. When I got the flowers, they were nice enough and I was happy. I called my SIL to thank her and she asked that I send her a picture. I did and she was LIVID. What I got and what she ordered were two drastically different things. The flowers were all wrong and the little stuffed animal was different. The arrangement was supposed to have roses, carnations and daisies. It had daisies and flowers that looked like weeds. The arrangement was also very sparse. My SIL called 1800flowers and was told I would get a new arrangment the next day. I then got a call from Sophie at Palmer flowers. She asked if I was happy with the arrangement. I told her it wasn't up to me, it was my SIL who was unhappy and she paid for the flowers. I told her she would need to talk to her. Sophie then started to try to argue with me about the arrangement and the flowers in it. I again told her she needed to talk to my SIL. I even gave her her name and phone number. Sophie didn't call her. My SIL called Palmer the next day and talked to Sophie. Palmer refused to make it right. 1800flowers refunded the money to my SIL. Good for them for caring about the customer. Palmer must not care about their customers or any repeat business. In this day in age, when you can buy a bouquet of flowers at any Safeway or King Soopers, why would they be so careless and thoughtless with their customers. I will never recommend Palmer and will in fact, leave reviews like this, on every website I can. DON"T USE PALMER, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
