First National Bank Fort Collins Main Office TDD Line

Having been a customer of First National Bank since moving to Fort Collins in 1994, it saddens me to write such a negative review. This bank used to have a local bank feel and a desire to be liked by its customers. Now, through a sequence of mergers and policy changes, the management is very much NOT interested in providing any semblance of courtesy and service to the customer. They regularly increase all service fees and penalties without justification. A larger bank will be able to provide far more services and products, and First National Bank no longer provides the hometown service or feel to offset the small bank shortcomings.

bad service: this bank is not willing to work with its customers. I've never been to a bank, before this one, where the staff was rude to the customers, and I have experienced this rudness more than once from this bank (different branches)
