I am a young female and visited this lot per the recommendation of a male friends' dealer's recommendation. During my visit I was shown only 2 vehicles that could be kept in my price range for monthly payments: a 2001 Saturn and a 2004 Hyundai pos btw. I chose one of these to purchase (Saturn) and began the paperwork. Not only was I there for longer than 5 hours being given the runaround about different add ons I could choose and the payments were not even in the range that we had agreed to, but I was told that I would have to come back the following Monday (it was Saturday) to complete my purchase. My cosigner and I were instructed to bring in documentation proving our income, a utility bill, and some other nonsensical paperwork. I mistakenly left my signed vehicle title for my trade with the dealers that day. That Monday I visited a different dealership and found that I could actually receive a better deal for a newer vehicle there. When I contacted Lithia to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle title for my trade in they lied and told me that it had already been transferred. They proceeded to harrass me about purchasing a vehicle from them and insisted that I was locked into the contract that could not even be completed the day of my visit. I was additionally contacted by a woman from the bank for the loan and I cancelled the application through her. Lithia however, continued to lie to me and treat me like some ditzy college girl. They are malicious and vindictive, not to mention pathetic and desperate. After I told them I had found a better deal, THEN they wanted to get me into something newer for less expensive. I think it is ridiculous, to say the least, that they wanted my business badly enough to work FOR me after I found someone willing to do the same, and desperate of them to attempt to "trick" me into buying from them. If you have any sense, do not let these guys fool you. Their business practice is beyond unethical. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

my most recent experience is with the service department. I was very pleased with the serviceman, ( nice, polite, -didnt treat me like I was a ditzy woman who doesnt know anything about cars). They were quicker than I thought and called me promptly about my car. I will be going back there for everything i need serviced!
ALL AROUND GOOD TRUCK BUYING EXPERIENCE!: We just purchased a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel Truck and we traded in a truck. We got a GREAT deal and Sean Johnson our sales guy was very down to earth and helpful in every way! So friendly that we were there way too long, caused by our enjoyment and conversation on the test drive. You know I called around to a lot of dealers, after doing research on the web and some were helpful but lacked that, I'll do it for you attitude, others were down right snotty and no matter what deal they had, I would not have done business with them. When I called Sean he was enthusiastic about finding us our truck and he did.
I would highly recomend this dealership.
