Went to them for an internet sale. They did not stand behind the agreed upon price. Called back after purchase and sales manager was extremely rude. Worst experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. Good car (Ridgeline) but take your business elsewhere.

Had narrowed down my choices to Honda Accord or Insight, pre-approved financing, trade valued, ready to buy. Walked into dealership around 5 pm - two customers in showroom and three employees - asked to test drive both autos - manager came out, told me they were closed, he had sent everyone home, including finance department (relevance?) Told them they had just lost a sale - he smirked "sorry" and left. Very disappointed with customer service - went to another dealership. Seems to be a common theme:(

I had service done on my Honda and paid with credit it card, they chrage me twice,when I call about it the person on the phone was short and told me not to call again be becasue I was abusive?. The manager in the finance office said the same. I was not. They said they did not charge twice, my credit card people stop both payments and call the Honda of Greeley. I got my money back and Honda of Greeley never called me back.
