User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFelt like they were accusing this lady of stealing when she came to return a picture frame. She just wanted an exchange. I wont' buy from a place that doesn't even want to understand what's happened. they acted like she broke it on purpose and then had the nerve to tell her to use some glue to stick it back. Hilarious. I won't shop there, ever again!
