User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCasual brewery makes a great local hangout: If you enjoy a fresh brew and a laid-back place to hang out with your friends, then the Shack is the place to be. From a smooth wheat to a strong Belgium ale, the Shack brews their beers in house so they are always fresh; I recommend the Indian pale ale. The Shack is a Hawaiian themed sports bar, but this isn't just a guys hangout. There is trivia, music, and plenty else to entertain just about anyone. My last visit to the Shack included a game of chess, a round of pool, and a game of darts, all while enjoying a couple of good beers. The Shack has a great staff and I have met a lot of good people there. There is not a bar or club in town that matches the atmospere of the Shack. The food is also good and makes a good place to go for daytime family dining.
