User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBuyer Beware!! Salesman are dishonest and lack integrity. Will verbally promise everything (inside will all be fixed and look like new) with NOTHING followed through. Beware of "WE OWE" slip-if they promise ANYTHING it must be on that slip for them to do it. (they will try to sneak it by). Watch for extra charges for something they don't do. States no accidents, but will "forget" to give you car fax report until after papers signed (our "new" car was in an accident, which they stated it wasn't). I tried calling them on it, but without documentation, we were out of luck. Please don't believe ANYTHING they verbally say. Make sure everything is down in writing, no matter how long it takes.

Don't fall for the "Vehicle Buy Back" program being offered by Iron Mountain Autoplex. They are promoting that they will give you $1,000 over NADA Loan Value. Guess what? Then they hit you with thousands of dollars of hidden fees!!! I have e-mailed one of the local radio stations about the commerical which promises "a simple" transaction, "mutual respect" from the dealer, and "$1,000 over NADA Loan Value". But what do they deliver in reality once the car(s) are appraised? THOUSANDS LESS than the NADA Loan Value. They are scammers, they are a bad dealership, I would stay FAR FAR away from them!!

Worst car dealership in Colorado. We signed the papers, drove the car off the lot, and got a call SIXTEEN (16) days later telling us to come back and sign more papers because they couldn't do the deal we sign upon taking delivery of the vehicle. Who ever heard of this? We buy new cars every 3-4 years. NEVER has this happened to us. Definitely steer clear of this dealership for your next Chevy/GM purchase.

No longer shopping in CO -

I wished I had read these reviews before my daughter and I went shopping for a car. The same thing happened to us. We bought the car signed all the paperwork drove all the way back to Wyoming only to turn around and go back about 7 days later because they couldn't find financing for the deal we were given. We also paid sales tax to them and they have yet to send the tax they collected to the state of Wyoming or the title. Our Salesman was very naive but the finance guy is a dirty rotten liar. I don't know how he can sleep after lying to so many people.
