About:The name is interesting in its own right, but the real attraction here is the tableside meal preparation. Flambe-style cooking never fails to attract a crowd, and it certainly fills the tables at this extremely popular eatery. The overall feel is casual and friendly. Expect to have a lot of fun when dining here. The pepper steak is one of many delicious entrees, but the desserts are the ultimate flavor treats. Flambe cooking would be nothing without classics like Bananas Foster and Cherries Jubilee. If you are dining with others, order them both and share.

    Great Place: Definately great atmosphere, friendly employees, and the fireplace is a great touch, especially when the nights are cold.

    Good pub, not sure about food yet.: The Hatch Cover was the most fun I've had yet singing karaoke. They have decent drink specials and the people are nice and easy to get along with. Haven't tried the food side of this pub, but I hear it's excellent.
