User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMY FAMILY AND I USED TO COME HERE YEARS AGO WHEN IT WAS GOOD. NOW IT HAS REALLY GONE DOWN HILL. THE SERVICE IS THE WORSE WE HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ACT LIKE THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU. I DO WILL NOT GO BACK. I WILL BE GLAD WHEN THEY CLOSE AND SOMETHING GREAT REPLACES IT. MY ADVISE TO YOU....DON'T GO THERE!!!

El palenque is the most authntic mexican restraunt i have ever been to.The service is outstanding...the food is amazing and the servers are so kind.

Despite giving a call to reserve some space for a party of 19, the restaurant took about an hour to seat us. It seem we were an inconvenience to the staff. We had only one waitres attending us so refill were out of the question. Food was good, but the service was disappointing. Also, the bill was rang up incorrectly and had to wait why the waitress figure it out.
