We love this place! Don't let the dull name disinterest you (same ownership and good food). It used to be called Baba Yaga's, a name perfect with its UNIQUE cuisine, fun decor, and, of course, well matched to its charming Manitou location. Reasonable prices, and those potato pancakes, especially in breakfasat dishes, yummm; the salmon plate wonderful. Good bread and fruit with plates. In nice weather the balcony is a lovely overlook of blooming hanging flowerpots to enjoy a munch and chat. Recommend!
I'm so glad we stayed here to eat - the place was empty but it was understandable because it was horrible weather outside. I ordered something that had pork, potato pancakeds with mushrooms and it was unbelievable. The pork was so tender which is a rarity in Colorado. I'm eating the left overs today and it is just so yummy. I thought their prices were very reasonable too. I can tell that someone there takes care in preparing the food - excellent!
AMAZING split pea soup!! I ate there almost every day while visiting Manitou. I highly recommend it! :)
