I live in Monument and drove out of my way to get some meat from Andy's Meat market and I saw some spare ribs that I like and it cost almost $20.00 I asked the lady there if they could cut it in half for me so they would be more manageable pieces, she told me flat out that it was that price because they wouldn't because it was that price and it would cost more if they had to do anything else, she even told me that it was easy to do. I wouldn't have asked her to cut it if I had one of those electric band saws to cut the bone. I think they could use lessons on customer service, I mean how hard would that have been to do? I won't be going back and wasting my gas.
Watch out, inspect the cut of meat you order. I ordered and payed for an expensive cut of meat, a Standing Rib Roast, and once I opened the package, It was Beef Ribs tied to a Sirloin Roast. Lucky I paid with a credit card. I will be returning the meat. I would have been worse, if I had waited til' Christmas (3 days) to open the package. Then dinner would have really sucked. I was very disappointed
The best: I get my meat at Andy's. Try their beef bacon! It's wonderful. The best little meat market in Colorado.
