User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI worked for a local business in town that did trade outs with Hooters- we gave them free memberships and they gave us food. I had a certificate for $50 worth of food and when i went into this location to redeem it, the manager said that he couldn't read the numbers on my card (that clearly stated what the card was for) and therefore couldn't help me- i had already ordered the food and was there picking it up! instead of working with me and offering some resolution he just stood there with a smug look and said "i can't help you" This was the worst customer service i have ever had!!
