Borriello Brothers Thin Crust

It used to be the best pizza in Colorado Springs, but now it's spotty. You never know what you're going to get; sometimes it's great, other times it's not even up to chain pizzeria standards. Since Borriello Brothers expanded at a breakneck pace, the staff has become rude, and there is no quality control. How can you expect to have the same product with different types of ovens at each location?

It seems to me the ownership just wants to chase the dollar instead of making an outstanding product these days.

I love the pizza but overall the customer service is not consistant and sometimes unfriendly. I called the borriello brothers pizzaria next to doherty this last friday night around 9:30 and was told that they were closed. I've ordered at the same time on previous fridays and didn't know that they changed their hours. It would be nice if your hours of operation were a little more consistent.
Again, great product but consistency is efficiency.

Love this place. I've missed New York style pizza ever since I left New York! There Calzones are to die for but make sure your prepared...they are an arterie clogger for sure!
