When my husbands lawyer retired in the middle of his case and referred us to Mr. Spencer, what a BLESSING that was. Our first attorney did not keep us informed much about the case or even seemed liked he cared. Once we met the Spencer team we finally felt at ease knowing we had someone on OUR side not workmans comp. As soon as we met the staff, we we re starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My husbands long journey fighting workmans comp as well as Social Security was finally over. In no time, when Mr. Spencer took over the case, it seemed to fly by without any hook-ups as we previously ran into. The Spencer Team ROCKS. Yet after having tried it on my own, and having bein...See MoreMy main concern about hiring a lawyer was that I wanted to win my case. Yet after having tried it on my own, and having being denied, I knew I needed a lawyer. And of course I wanted The Best. With Mr Spencer I was lucky enough to have picked a very competent, caring, 'will do my best and win' attitude kind of lawyer. For me - The Best. He and his staff are kind, efficient, caring. They were always quick in responding to questions that I had. Where as before I had this 'I am sure will be denied again' attitude, Mr Spencer gave me hope, and most importantly, he won the case. Even after having won the case, his staff was still there for me and dealt with the Social Security Office (since they are slow with paying), and kept at them trying to speed up the Payment of Benefits. I can, with clear conscience recommend Mr Spencer and his staff at any time, to everyone! Is there something that I like to add? Yes, THANK YOU, thank you, thank you Mr Spencer and great staff..
