Do not buy from here. We bought a queen set from them. We went to pick it up and they said it was out of stock. They upgraded us at no additional cost to a supposed higher grade mattress. We got the bed home and everything seemed fine for a short time until we realized we now have bed bugs. I urge you not to go here for your mattress needs.

Do not do business with Mattress Firm. We purchased a sealy memory foam mattress, and in the winter it was hard as sleeping on the floor. They said we could exchange it. so we got the Cooper Firm with separate coil system. That was a disaster, after one night you had to hang onto the edge of the bed in order not to fall in. They authorized another exchange, so we got the Sealy Posturpedic. After about 2 months an indentation began to form where we slept. It would bounce back during the day, but was like sleeping in a hole at night. They said no more exchanges. They said talk to Sealy it has a 10 year warrenty. Brian from Sealy came out (His shirt said Mattress Firm)He said you need 1 1/2" indentation, ours was 1 1/4", He also said it is definatly soft in the middle. No one sleeps on the mattress any more and we are out $1200.00. Mattress Firm does not stand behind the junk they sell. They have a worthless motto of 100% satisfaction guarentee. Now we may have to go to court to resolve this. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MATTRESS FIRM!
