User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRecently I took my wife's 2008 Chevy Silverado in for a scheduled Oil Change and for the Service Technicians to correct a faulty Tire Sensor Warning Light.
I waited for 3 hours and when I got the truck home, I noticed the Sensor was not repaired, there was no Windshield Fluid in the receptacle and the Tire Pressure check I had requested was not done. I had even supplied the Service guy "Dwayne" with a typed sheet of paper as to what needed to be checked and/or repaired. My wife called him 1 day later to complain and all he said was "what can I say, I have no excuse".
We will never return to Spradley Chevrolet for any reason and will tell friends and relatives to stay clear of this car dealership. It was a complete waste of our time and I hope nobody else experiences this "shabby" treatment.

Thanks for the information above, it now makes me wonder if they ignored something that simple . Just what kind of a crappy deal would I given in purchasing a vehicle I was strongly considering going to them this weekend for that reason, I quess I will shop some where else. again thanks for the heads up.
