    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HAD DINNER AND ORDERED A SECOND MARGARITA WHILE WAITING. DRINK NEVER ARRIVED. ORDERED DRINK AGAIN,STILL NEVER ARRIVED, ASKED FOR MANAGER TO FILE COMPLAINT. MANAGER THEN
    ARGUED WITH US THAT THEY HAD BROUGHT THE DRINK ACCORDING TO HIS RECORDS. PAYED BILL AND LEFT WITHOUT EVEN EATING THIS MANAGER NEEDS
    A NEW JOB MAYBE AT THE CITY DUMP.

    This was the worst Applebees that I have ever been to. Which is really sad because it is only a few blocks from my house. it was dirty. I ordered drinks from the bar while sitting at the bar and it took twenty minutes to get my drinks. Ordered a New York strip special "medium" (which mans hot pink center) with garlic mashed potatoes, and house vegis. what I got was a rare steak that was actually a sirloin that had been cut into the shape of a strip steak. They did not have any garlc mashed potatoes so they sent out potato wedges instead. did not ask me whether or not I wanted them. they just brought them. then when I asked what was going on and told them that this was not what I ordered they acted like I was being unreasonable and the service got worse a manger came over and was rude. I paid my bill without eating the meal. I will never return. I also filed a complaint with their corporate office.

    The service is horrible. My food was cold, and my dessert wasn't even warmed up! GO TO THE NORTHSIDE APPLEBEE'S!! You'll have a much more enjoyable meal.
