About:	Since 1991 when this sushi-center opened, it has been recognized by the local press as one of the top Japanese restaurants in Colorado Springs. Each day it flies in fresh fish to assure its diners of top-notch sushi. The offerings are many and include octopus, sea eel and tear-inducing spicy tuna roll. Entrees are just as varied and feature tempura plates, and specialty items such as Teriyaki Squid and Salmon Kasuzuke.
