When a person comes to your office from CJC. being locked up for the past 3-4 years.you ask them for a Birth Cert, as proof of who they are, How many people do you know that have been locked up comes out of prison with their Birth Cert. in their hands????? Not to many,so when you denied Mr Victor A Sanchez is Drivers L, you sent him back to prison for more years.Now on Feb 15th he'll go before Judge Dubois Div 17, he will most likely be locked up for another 4 years. If I have to I will bring in the News Media to the office on Austin Bluffs and find the very person who denied Mr Sanchez and put them on the spot on TV News. How many people have you sent back to prison because they did not have proof of their ID????? I realize the problem of the illegals and all but when you pulled up his DL you could see he was who he said he was,you had it right in front of your eyes,yet you turned him down and sent him empty handed back to CJC. at the time if I would of known he did need something else as proof I would of been down there with 11 years of Income Tax proof, no you just said Birth Cert. nothing else. Now I will expose that person on our local T.V. This man worked very hard to get a new start, got his GED,was so proud yet you took that dream of being released and you gave him no hopes of getting out. All I can say is how dare you people do this kind of thing to the people who do get another chance at a good life on the out side.. I will be sending all Info. to the courts on Mr Sanchez's behalf and his SS is 224-45-5660. He has a Great Grand Son to welcome into the world next month but because of YOU hell not even see day light. Yes pay backs are about to hit your front door way of news media. Lets see how you deal with it. I have a copy of his DL I will be sending it on to the media, courts etc!! CJC will be turned in for cutting the inmates lunch meals so they can make add ons to the buildings. Starve the inmates so they can afford to build more buildings, what does our Taxes pay for again???
