    i too have rented from them i alos had problems they're not very prompt at anything and have terrible response time on any work requests. I would never rent from them again cause you might as well buy your gonna have to fix it yourself anyway.

    Seems to be the same with most of us tenants. I lived in one of thier properties for 6 years, and any time a repair was needed, it would take months to get someone over to fix it. Very poor customer service. I would leave messages for over two weeks, and get no reply. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

    These people are absolutely the worst that I have ever had experience with. After 4 years of being a perfect tenant they gave us nothing but problems our last month in the house. Would not recommend them to anyone. They were also very bad about doing repairs or returning phon e calls.
