    Great food, great ambiance: Shambala is more than a cafe and restaurant, it's an experience. The people are helpful, friendly and caring. The food is excellent every time. Whether you are a vegetarian or a meat eater, you can find fresh fare to delight your palate. For a little tiny town, expect the best and get it.It's not fast food, and don't go if you're in a big hurry, but it's worth the wait, and there's plenty to see, read and experience while your wait.

    Best in Crestone as far as I'm concerned.
