    Excellent Dining: If you like Chinese food and a great atmosphere, The Gourmet Chef in Salida is the place to go. It will soon become a favorite. The food is excellent, service and friendly and fast, you get to look at local art and listen to Chinese music. And the plum wine is wonderful.
